Growing Up

I can't believe how old they seem... Perhaps because it's been two months since our last post.

Rhys dressed himself particularly oddly this day. He wore his bathing suit to his swimming lesson with a sweatshirt over it... Just fine, until he put the inside-out undershirt on top! I figured oh, well, it will get fixed after swimming. But on this day, Daddy took Rhys to his lesson and I didn't see him until after he was dressed again -- exact same thing but without the swim shirt underneath. When questioned, Dad just said "that's what he wore in." Lol.

Today we went to a Cowgirl-themed 7th birthday party for one of Kelly's classmates and Girl Scout buddies. The kids had a lot of fun rollicking in her backyard.

This is how Rhys went to school on Tuesday. He found it in his closet and he insisted on wearing it. We compromised with regular clothes underneath.

Kelly had the day off on Tuesday for teacher conference day/Election Day so she went to work with Daddy.

Joe came to visit the other night while Kelly and I were at our last cheerleading practice so he got to have some time with just Alyssa and Rhys.
