Kelly Reed arrived this morning, Wednesday, January 24, 2007, at 5:45 AM. She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 18-1/4 inches long. There was a light snow falling.

(Kelly's Mom went through the entire procedure without any pain medication -- despite getting Pitocin to start and continue contractions. This made for the totally natural birth of a "bright-eyed, bushy-tailed" Kelly!)

Kelly (~4 hours old) and her mom reunited after her visit to the nursery. Both were exhausted after a long night!
