Balmy January Afternoon

After months of below-normal temperatures, this afternoon was blissfully warm.  We took advantage of the weather by going over to Kayla's house to play.

Basically charging the cameraman.  Kelly is a small three-year-old, yet she barely still fits on this toy.  And she can barely control it.  I'm not sure who it's designed for....

Kelly is Three!!

As Kelly will tell you if you ask, she is now "Free!" Here she is showing off her pretty birthday dress from Aunt Samantha.

We had her birthday party at McDonald's with several of her friends. I think it was a hit, mainly because of the cool indoor play area. Now that she's three, Kelly has no qualms about climbing everywhere, all through the jungle gym tunnels and slides. I'm proud of her independence and bravery.

Alyssa is quite the ham. I guess having a camera stuck in your face all the time since birth will make you quite comfortable with it. Here are a few cute ones showcasing her personality.

 

 

 

Jasmin & Robin's Birthday Party

This weekend we went to Kids N Motion to celebrate our neighbors Jasmin and Robin's 5th and 4th birthdays, respectively.  We all had a great time.

Four Months Old

Today Alyssa had her 4-month exam and immunizations. Poor thing got poked 4 times again, just like at her 2-month. She weighed 15 lb 8 oz (I do NOT trust their scale... I'm thinking closer to 15 lb even) and was 25.25 inches long. That puts her at ~90th percentile for weight and 60th for height. That's my girl ;). Not surprisingly, that's following Kelly's growth curve to a T.

New Year's Eve

For New Year's Eve we had Evan and Anthony over with their mom and dad, Staci and Danny.  Grandma Cilla and Aunt Samantha came over as well. Here is a compilation of pictures taken by Staci and James:
