Kelly has been hanging in there as well as a two-and-a-half-year-old can be expected to when her whole world is turned upside down. Daddy took these pictures of her watching TV with him the other day... unfortunately, she loves to watch "The Simsims" (The Simpsons) with him. (She talks about Mrs. Simsim, Bark, and Homey.) He is careful to only put certain episodes on. I didn't really like these pictures because I think she looks sad, but that could be because she was. Fortunately she has been getting back into her napping routine lately, so things are a little happier in our house.

Poor little miss Kelly. It's hard to understand why you've been usurped (even though she hasn't been). When you walk in, the first thing she will tell you is that she has a new baby sister. But that's it. She seems to be confused. She is not sure exactly how to deal with the situation.
I wish I was there to play with her.

It was actually hard to get her interested in playing. She's too distracted...
Hopefully, time will make a difference.
